These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Starslivery’s mobile app, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering, downloading, or using Starslivery, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  • “Starslivery,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the operator of the Starslivery platform.

  • “User” refers to any person who accesses or uses the Starslivery app, including both riders and drivers.

  • “Driver” refers to individuals providing transportation services through the platform.

  • “Rider” refers to users requesting or receiving transportation services.

  • “Trip” refers to a completed transportation service via the app.


2. Eligibility

To use Starslivery, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract.

  • For drivers: possess a valid driver's license and all legally required certifications/permits to operate a vehicle for hire.


3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

Users must provide accurate personal information (name, contact number, etc.) during signup and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use another person’s account without permission.

  • Create multiple fake accounts.

  • Use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Starslivery reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.


4. Services Provided

Starslivery is a platform that:

  • Connects riders with independent drivers.

  • Enables users to request, track, and pay for rides via mobile.

Starslivery is not a transportation provider or taxi service. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Starslivery.


5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Fare Calculation

Trip fares are determined based on time, distance, traffic, and other dynamic pricing factors. Estimated fare is shown before booking.

5.2 Payment Methods

Riders can pay via:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Wallets or UPI

  • Cash (if allowed in your region)

5.3 Cancellations and Charges

  • Riders may cancel trips within a grace period (e.g., 2 minutes) without penalty.

  • After this period or once the driver has arrived, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Drivers may also be charged for repeated cancellations or no-shows.

5.4 Refunds

6. User Responsibilities

For Riders:

  • Provide accurate pickup/drop-off locations.

  • Treat drivers respectfully.

  • Avoid damage to the vehicle.

  • Avoid illegal or unsafe behavior during rides.

For Drivers:

  • Ensure vehicle is safe, clean, and well-maintained.

  • Comply with all local traffic laws and licensing requirements.

  • Never engage in harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.

  • Maintain professionalism and punctuality.


7. Ratings and Reviews

Both riders and drivers can rate each other after each trip. We use this feedback to maintain service quality. Consistently low ratings or abusive behavior may lead to account suspension.


8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the app for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with app security or functionality

  • Use automated tools or bots

  • Distribute viruses or malware

  • Harass or threaten other users

Violation of these terms may result in permanent suspension and legal action.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Starslivery platform (including logos, code, text, design) is owned by Starslivery and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

Starslivery is not liable for:

  • Any damages or injuries occurring during trips

  • Delays or disruptions due to technical issues or traffic

  • Driver or rider behavior

We provide the platform “as is” and make no guarantees about availability, safety, or suitability for your specific needs.


11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starslivery, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or legal proceedings arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.


12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraud or harmful behavior

  • You misuse or abuse the platform

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.


13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
